Listened and understood concerns. Gave practical advice that would help me heal, I.e using a hair dryer to keep affected areas dry, clothing that would promote healing and things that might improve vs hinder healing. Provided rationale for prescriptions and outlined aftercare. Dr. Dalka gave me hope and I wanted to hug her when we were done because I was so grateful! Thank you!
