5.0 star star star star starYesterday I was doing something I had never done before medically. A demeanor like Dr Hanna is simply ideal for patients who have been overlooked or dismissed . He really listened to me. He actually heard me. And treated me like a human being . Not just his 10:30 appointment. For that I’m beyond grateful.

5.0 star star star star starHe found the right spot. Isn't it normal for someone to follow up with a phone call the next day? I thought so I had a spinal headache. I took tylenol an drank water and took a nap. I was fine by the next day.

5.0 star star star star starHe is a great listener and tells us exactly what is planned for his pain management. The Steroid Injection is right on and gives my husband REAL pain relief without the use of strong pain meds. He can go back to an almost "normal" life - which is a real blessing.

5.0 star star star star starHe listens, helps me understand what we can do next .When I was breaking down from being overwhelmed with everything. He took the time to sit down and talk me through how living with long term pain can and will be okay. It's hard to find the right formula but we will find it. That made me feel good, like he wasn't just a doctor running in and out of room for copay.but rather a doctor who cares.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr. Hanna asked me what can I do to help you? He said what would you like for me to do? No one has ever asked me. He offered to connect me with someone in Northwestern Academic program. He explained that I have had CRPS for almost 8 years which would make it difficult to treat. Dr. Hanna is willing to give me another injection. This has been a tough road. It seems as if he is concerned about the outcomes. His bedside manner is not stellar but He told me the truth. I appreciated that even though it was difficult for me to understand. I had more questions but he couldn’t answer them. I guess he stayed over his 15 minute limit.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent in every way: very knowledgeable, professional, kind, good listening skills, calm, common sense approach. Dr. Hanna has cared for me for 10 years for severe neck- and back issues and I consider myself blessed to have him on my care team. I speak very highly of Dr. Hanna to my doctors and a friend has consulted him for a number of years herself and she is of the same opinion as myself.

5.0 star star star star starHe listens to you and looks at you instead of typing on a computer. He offers multiple pain solutions for my sever arthritis pain and orders testing if I’m sensitive to a particular joint in order to find the answers to why I’m having an issue with that joint.

5.0 star star star star starDr Hanna is the consummate professional. He listens well, is concerned for future outcomes, doesn't provide unnecessary procedures, and is very good at educating on the situation. Great demeanor and personality as well.
