Explain my labs readings and genuinely concerned especially any concerns or changes in my health. I felt very comfortable talking with her and more importantly her honesty about my cancer diagnosis. No sugarcoating just her honest truth about my condition and what the I'm going to experience.

I wish 20 were an option, I'd give Diane a 25! She takes the time to listen and gives thoughtful, honest responses. She knows how closely I follow one of my cancer markers and she always lets me know where it stands. Then, she celebrates with me when the numbers do exactly what we want them to do; and talks me off the ledge when they don't. She is an AMAZING caregiver.
