5.0 star star star star starMy doctor, Alex was also caring and informative. He explained everything before starting and during my visit. He was compassionate and made any pre anxiety fade. I would without a doubt or hesitation be recommending Alex.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Labby was straight forward, but comforting to my anxious teen. He listened to her concerns. He let her ask 1,000 questions. He was thorough...and took the time to not only address the problem, but to get to know my daughter. He was also funny and had a great bed-side manner- which again was so appreciated! I walked out thinking that I wish I knew more people that needed an ENT so that I could recommend him! He was outstanding!

5.0 star star star star starCause like I said, he's a very attentive, caring, nurturing, professional, Doctor, who cares more about his patience than anything else and that's what it makes him. Such an amazing Doctor. We need more doctors like him.

5.0 star star star star starHe's willing to problem solve and help with getting past previous medical trauma to make things better. He listens and believes what the patient says. Dr. Labby is good at teaching the systems that he knows so people understand their systems. I don't see many male doctors and I've recommended him to multiple people. He has taken me seriously when it comes to my history. This is much appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Labby put me at ease and explained everything in detail. He has a great sense of humor and yet he is professional and knowledgeable. He also made certain that I was offered several plans of treatment and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. I also got to see the inside of my nose LOL

5.0 star star star star starAs a patient you want a Dr to really listen to issues that you are there for you are upset and do not feel good. Hopefully you can come to make you better. Sometimes I have a hard time expressing myself because of my hearing issues and Dr. Labby was very patient listening to me. I would recommend him to others just for his approach in explaining what could be wrong with different approaches.

5.0 star star star star starI would give him a 20 if I could. I am a senior who has had many drs. Dr Labby was the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable dr I've ever seen. He put me at ease and explained everything in detail: verbally, visually and anecdotally. I am a member of the Endeavor system but do not have an otolaryngologist. Moving forward, if the time comes when I once again need one, he will be my choice. He made up for my experience with the others. Hope he comes to Endeavor someday.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
