Dr. Labby really listened to my concerns and offered support with my health issues. I had great care for my sinus surgery and after care. I really appreciated his down to earth bedside manner and never felt rushed during follow up appointments. I wish he was a PCP, he seem to really care about helping his patients.

Amazing surgeon. Wonderful bedside manner. Highly educated in his fields. Explained all my options and routes I could take instead of surgery, and once I chose surgery, he explained all the risk, and showed me all the benefits. Wonderful job on the surgery as well. I had no post op problems and I feel better than ever.

Dr. Labby is super personable. I actually enjoyed my visit with him, which is rare due to my health anxiety. He explained everything, leaving time for questions to ensure I understood. He ended up referring me to a doctor who has more experience with ears, since Labby himself is more of a sinus specialist. It meant a lot that he wanted to get me the best care, even if that wasn't with him. I look forward to working with Northwestern Health as I navigate my ear problems. I have no doubt that you all will help me!

I recently sought a second opinion from Dr. Labby, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He demonstrated exceptional listening skills and addressed my concerns with great patience and kindness. I am genuinely grateful for his expertise. For over a month, I have been dealing with an ear issue, and the treatment I had been receiving during that time was not effective.
