5.0 star star star star starHe answered all our questions, even anticipated our questions before we asked. Today, Dr Bailey and Nurse Bridgette were competent and conveyed compassion. Nurse Bridgette always goes over and above in meeting all of our needs! What a great team.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bailey is the most knowledgable doctor about long covid that I have seen or heard of in 5 years. He does so much research on long covid and is always up to date on all of the new data and studies. Most doctors in long covid clinics know nothing! Most doctors don't don't go out of their way to learn this new disease, and he takes the time to stay up to not only keep up w/the research, but also to try and help his patients. He is an active listener and makes me feel heard and understood. He puts me at ease and makes me feel like he is doing everything he can to help my condition. I was completely bed-bound, unable to leave the house, and he has helped improve my condition and quality of life by doing the work and research. All of my doctors & specialists are part of the long covid clinic at Northwestern, and none of them know anything about it or take the time to learn the disease. Dr. Bailey goes above and beyond and has changed my life. He has been the only doctor to help my condition in 4 years. I am in deep gratitude for his effort, knowledge, compassion, and care.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
