Dr. Lai made my wife and myself feel comfortable from the start. Getting the news that I had cancer was rough but Dr. Lai explained in detail what I had and my choices. He has a great sense of hummer to make us ( my wife and I) feel that were not alone with this. He stays with us until all our questions are answered.
