Lucia was very professional and addressed my concerns. She did refer me for follow up gynecological care with the West Suburban OB-GYN group of Northwestern, but unfortunately, they do not have ANY openings at this time and their November calendar was not available for scheduling. This is very disappointing since I have been with Northwestern Medicine Primary Care for years.

I wish she would have used my text to guide our interview because one of the concerns I wanted to discuss with her today was my exceleralted memory loss because I forgot to bring it up with her today. Otherwise I thought she was terrific. She gave me needed referrals and excellent advice.
