This was my first meeting with Benilen. She seemed to have a good understanding of all my issues and pre-surgical needs. She listened to my concerns and took extra steps to check out whether I still needed a strep test. It was listed in my paperwork from Dr [last name], but I discovered from the pre-op nurse on 11/11 that it is no longer used at CDH. Benilen made me feel welcome to send her future questions and to arrange appointments with her. I feel much more comfortable with the change that has come since Dr.[last name]'s retirement.

Beni did an excellent job diagnosing my problem. She asked me a lot a questions, and had time to listen to me. Since my long-term (40 years) Dr. Fremgen retired in June, I was worried about who could help me. Beni did a great job, and I think I am improving--and will continue to improve other the upcoming week.
