Dr Torres is the best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Torres and her staff make me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I drive from Indiana just to go to her. I have referred many of my family and friends to her. I would fly in from another State to keep my appointment.

Dr. Torres...I don't even know where to begin. She literally saved my life! After the birth of my second son, I couldn't understand why I was feeling so sad. I'd heard about postpartum depression but being in law enforcement, there this fear of the word depression. I believe I had it with the birth of my first son but I rushed back to work because every woman I knew at work, had kids and came back like normal. When I expressed how I was feeling to Dr Torres, she expressed she thought I was suffering from postpartum. Out of fear, I told her I was fine because I didn't want to be judged or deemed "crazy." Of course I know better now thanks to Dr Torres. We went back and forth, I kept trying to convince her I was ok. She's always so mellow and so soft. She explained to me what postpartum was and she assured me I would be fine as long as I took the necessary steps to take care of my mental health. I am thankful she helped me realize I did not need to be ashamed and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Thanks to her I began therapy. She told me she would not release me back to work as I needed to take care of myself not only for my children but to effectively perform my duties. Thanks to her, I am now outspoken about postpartum and the need for care, the importance of therapy. I share with the women at work that postpartum is something that can pass as long as you take care of yourself. I am no longer ashamed to say I experienced it. I openly share my experience with it with new mom esp my fellow law enforcement moms. I could go on and on about how great Dr Torres is. She saved me. She saved my life. She saved my family. She saved my career. She knows her patients and I'm not sure how she keeps track of all of us. We are thankful for her. I wish I could gift her a week long vacation where she's pampered. I pray that she knows she is greatly appreciated. I pray that she smells her flowers while she's here. Dr Torres was specially made for this profession and she is God sent. May God continue to keep her strong and healthy! Thank you Dr Torres for all that you do and continue to do!

Dr Torres provides truly exceptional care. Of all my care providers, she is by far my favorite. She is thorough, she listens, asks good questions and truly cares about her patients physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Shes one of one and I'm so lucky to have her caring for me.
