5.0 star star star star starDr Greenwald spent time which was great. We had questions about my CPAP compliance and the company wanting monthly reports. She inquired about it and a MA came in after today she was going to reach out to the supply company to get clarification. They both went above and beyond to assist with this.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Greenwald has a very kind, caring patient approach. She listens without interrupting and nods in understanding my long, complicated issues re sleep problems. Her final words were, "We can help you." Very encouraging.

5.0 star star star star starDr Greenwald spoke to me like I am a person trying to solve a problem that is negatively affecting my health. She is very kind, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. I am rarely treated with such respect and I am highly appreciative. She also did not dwell on my failures as a patient to not fill out the sleep log. She simply ask me to give it another try.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
