Dr. Hale was the only physician I have ever seen (and I am in my 60s) who literally stopped me when I had to disclose my health history and sexual assault to say, "I am so sorry this happened to you". I almost burst into tears because no medical professional has ever even looked up at me when I had to disclose my ugly past trauma. Dr. Hale is on top of all of my health issues and he is kind, compassionate, funny, and thorough. I feel blessed to have him as my new PCP.

I was placed on Dr. Hale's schedule last minute, as I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment with Dr. [ ], and they fortunately had a cancelation right at that time. Despite never seeing me as a patient before, Dr. Hale was thorough, patient, collaborative, and addressed all my concerns, even the ones not listed on reason for visit.
