5.0 star star star star starDr Hale is fantastic. He always takes time to explain everything, and ask meaningful questions to ensure I am getting the best care possible. He is very patient and I never feel like I am being rushed or anything of that nature. He takes a look at all of my history any time I visit, not just the issue at hand. He is extremely intelligent as well as kind.

5.0 star star star star starDoctor hale is a loving giving understanding thoughtful educated a patient PERSON!!! I use the word PERSON instead of DOCTOR because I believe that to be a truly good doctor you have to be a truly good PERSON!! In my experience, not all of my doctors in my life have been good people!!! Dr Hale is one of those true exceptions!!!

5.0 star star star star starI visited to establish care as it had been many years since I have visited a PCP. Dr Hale listened to my concerns, reviewed my past medical history & offered a plan moving forward. I feel like he prioritized collaboration with me and listened without judgement

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hale was approachable and easy to talk to. He didn't "sugar coat" his medical advice and opinion and gave me a plan for better health. He was not in a rush and after and through discussion about my health, he asked several times "Do you have any questions for me about what we have discussed?" Yes I like him and trust him.

5.0 star star star star starvery wonderful doctor; he listens, is patient and very well prepared. He is able to make a an appointment, which is always a stressful event, into something neat; less stressful and able to obtain needed information; gives a great comfort level.

5.0 star star star star starThis was a new patient consultation, and Dr. Hale spent time understanding my immediate and long-term health concerns. It was also apparent that he had prepared for the consultation, identifying specific areas he felt were most important to address in the short term and what to do in the long term. It definitely didn't feel like a cookie-cutter approach to patient care. I felt like he was attempting to "treat the patient" vs. "treat the disease"

5.0 star star star star starAside from what I mentioned in the prior question, I am so impressed with how Dr. Hale presents findings and options in a very caring way. His gentle interactions help patients feel comfortable during exams and evaluations while demonstrating an expertise in physical, social, and psychological assessments.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
