I always like going to this Northwestern urgent care. It's clean. It's never usually a very long wait. The staff are really nice. Everyone usually wears a mask. I've never been talked down to and I always feel like they have the patience best interest at heart.

She is an excellent diagnostician, very thorough, very knowledgeable and very personable. She called for hip and thigh X-rays which addressed my fears. I have always had a great experience at this immediate care facility. The X-ray technician was excellent as well. I can't praise this staff enough. My thanks.
