I've seen Colleen twice. While I think my situation is a bit complicated because of salivary gland cancer, Colleen took a lot of time explaining everything to me. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, encouraging, and has a great sense of humor. I felt quite happy when I left there since I feel I have a better understanding of how I need to proceed.

When I needed to contact her via the patient portal, she got back to me very quickly with a response each time. When I was leaving on a long vacation she was able to get me an appointment to check my stitches because one of them came through. She is very professional and personable.

We had a great visit with Colleen. She explained her plan, explained what to expect and course of treatment based on results from CT scan she ordered. She made sure my son understood her instructions and she asked if he was ok with her plan. It made him feel that he had a say in his care, which is important to him.
