She is amazingly knowledgeable and focused on the eyesight of the patient she is examining. She is responsive to most questions, and not in the "brush off" sense, but in a way that is clear and understandable. Doctors as caring as her are hard to find. I think Northwestern should try to clone her.

Dr. Simon has truly changed the way I feel about going to any doctors appointment. There is no stress or anxiety going into appointments because I know she will always be prepared for any scenario. I feel heard by her at all times which can be a massive feat in today's version of healthcare. I have been pursuing answers with my small town doctors for two years, with contradictory results. Dr. Simon and her staff were almost polar opposites to my prior experience. I felt like I was in the hands of people who graduated at the top of the class. It was a relief.
