5.0 star star star star starCaleb is always so gentle and kind and professional and skilled as he patiently cleans out my son's ears every few months. My son has disabilities and is generally tense and fearful every time he needs health care, except for his appointments with Caleb!

5.0 star star star star starI first saw Caleb for a very persistent cough and then later for sore neck, throat, tmj questions. Caleb is a very engaged listener. And he was able to use his knowledge to offer several suggestions for care I could do at home and offer suggestions for who I could see for specialty care. I felt like he was really trying to help me.

5.0 star star star star starIve seen Caleb just twice so far and he has been very helpful and just awesome with helping me figure out the condition I currently have. Very genuine, easy to talk with, ready to answer any and all questions/concerns you may have. Informative as well with what he is doing and why when performing a check up. I felt calm and comfortable in his care

5.0 star star star star starHe was helpful, attentive, and friendly and didn't make me feel like I was rushed during a post-op. He explained everything clearly and eased concerns right away. It was helpful for me to hear that he had had the same procedure done before and describe how I'd feel during different aspects such as cast stitches removal. I was worried about these post-op procedures but he told me everything that was about to happen before it did (which I appreciated), and was right about it not being painful like I had worried it would be. He also checked the MyChart messages before our visit to stay informed on anything I'd asked and I appreciate this too.

5.0 star star star star starCaleb is always very kind and compassionate with my son who has developmental delays. Caleb seems to always understand my son's questions and responds in a way that always makes my son feel like his questions are perfectly understandable and reasonable. Caleb does a great job explaining each step of his care so that my son is not tense or fearing anything unexpected. Caleb responded quickly to our request for a care summary for the agency involved with my son's care. He posted a summary on the portal for me to forward to them the same day - above and beyond my expectations!
