Caleb was great - we saw him due to wax build-up in the ears. He explained the entire cleaning procedure and gave us some advice to help manage the problem at home if it recurred.

Kindness, compassion treatment with my adult special needs daughter. Treated her like he would any other patient. His nurse equally as kind. Addressed my concerns and gave me options as to moving forward. Definitely worth the 2 month wait to see him!

Caleb a very kind, compassionate and cheerful caregiver. He pays attention to any signs of fear or discomfort; he never makes my disabled son rushed when cleaning his ear wax. He is reassuring and encouraging. He always patiently perseveres to get the ear canals thoroughly clear.
