5.0 star star star star starHe made sure that I understood my care plan. When he removed my stitches he explained what he needed to do and made sure that I wasn't having pain or too much discomfort. He then explained my aftercare and answered all my questions. He was professional, caring and treated me with respect.

5.0 star star star star starCaleb is always very friendly and kind to my 40 year old son, Nate, who has developmental delays. Caleb does a great job interpreting Nate's questions, and answering them in a way that Nate is able to understand. Caleb is always gentle and careful to explain what he is doing and what Nate can expect to hear or feel. Nate is generally anxious in other health care settings, but he really trusts that his appointments with Caleb are nothing to be nervous about!

5.0 star star star star starCaleb was prompt, attentive, thorough and friendly. For this post-op appointment he needed to take out uncomfortable sutures and tubing from my nose. He did an excellent job clearly and concisely explaining what he would be doing and then communicated through the process so I could anticipate.

5.0 star star star star starThis was the first time seeing this medical professional. I knew from the moment we shook hands; this man was very caring due to his professional introduction. He was VERY informative, answered questions I had and treated me like a person and not just another patient. He explained things in a way I could clearly understand and seemed to not let any stone unturned as far as what I seen him for. I was very pleased and would defiantly see him again.

5.0 star star star star starCaleb sets the gold standard for medical care with his attentive and thorough approach. Throughout my appointment, he took the time to carefully listen to all my symptoms and provided explanations that were clear and easy to understand, making me feel completely at ease. It's rare to encounter a healthcare professional who makes you forget the usual nervousness about visiting a doctor, but Caleb did just that. I left feeling reassured and well-cared-for. Thank you, Caleb, for such outstanding care!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
