Very professional and is concerned with my issues. Please note: My insurance is Medicare A+B and State of Illinois Medicaid There is no Medicaid Replacement-Aetna Better Health as you sometime use. Aetna Better Health is not for medical expense. I got a walker and ADT Apartment alarm with the program
