As noted above, Dr. Napier was incredible. IMO, she deserves a massive year end bonus because she sets the bar for thoroughness, depth of knowledge, and outstanding bedside manner. Eg. I very much appreciated that she reviewed the after visit summary with me, as I was feeling overwhelmed (she must have sensed this bc I didn't say it outright). I left with a clear, solid plan and am so grateful for her excellent care. She would be perfect to train new doctors bc her process was wonderful.

My reason that I give my 10% of the score in this phase for this doctor she was a very well educated doctor, who was given the right diagnosis of the sickness of a patient no misleading the right direction of keeping your patient healthy. That's the type of doctor she is, very well educated in the field that she's been in for years. She is a very good doctor. !!!

Dr. Laura Napier was incredibly helpful and put me on the path to recovery. She was so patient and took my (relatively minor) medical issue seriously - taking the time to explain what was going on, my options along with their pros / cons and what I should expect in terms of 'recovery'.
