Dr. Laura Napier is outstanding. The diagnostic labs were very quick based upon my results of the NWM symptom checker presented to the staff. Her over the counter prescription of self care is very thorough. I expect to be feeling better soon. Thank you, Dr. Napier.

As per usual, my experience is with Northwestern Medicine have been very positive. I can honestly say the same was true with today's visit. Dr. Napier was very kind to me. She examined me and gave me a diagnosis and on top of that she showed me how to use a device that enhance the effect of my inhaler.

Dr. Napier was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met! I texted my friend that exactly as I was leaving. She was very knowledgeable but also seemed to really care about what I had to say. I appreciated that she said “don’t worry you’re not going crazy” to me. That can mean a lot especially as a woman!
