5.0 star star star star starDr. Napier took the time to explain her reading of my urine sample, and thoroughly explained my options while we waited for a 48 hour culture to develop. She spent time responding to my questions in an open manner, without any condescension, and helped put my mind at ease for next steps. She facilitated prescription submission efficiently, which made it easy for me to obtain the recommended prescription. The follow up call 48 hours later also reflected care, clarity, and an openness to responding to my questions, which made me feel "in good hands." I rarely am sick and/or visit a doctor, so this experience was so welcome and exceeded my expectations for care.

5.0 star star star star starShe spent a good amount of time with me. She was an excellent listener. She had already reviewed my chart and found something about a heart procedure I had with a stent that hadn't made its way into the bigger system yet. I was there for a burn on the thumb that wasn't healing after a week probably because I was on blood thinners, and it was in an awkward place on the joint. I felt the doctor was competent and a great communicator. She helped explain the supplies I needed to foster then healing and showed me how to use them.

She explained things with great detail and ensured I had no remaining questions by the end of the visit.
