5.0 star star star star starShe spent time explaining everything and using models to show how the spine and nerve system worked. I didn't feel like she was rushing through everything to get to her next patient. She answered any questions I had completely and made sure I understood her explanation.

5.0 star star star star starSee above. She has a wonderful disposition that prepares the patient before acting (she removed my wound clips). She explained why the next steps were the appropriate next steps. And took my care very seriously.

She can expertly and effectively communicate complex medical information in terms a layman can easily understand in a compassionate, caring manner. And she is always open to questions.

5.0 star star star star starPatricia went through my x-rays and explained the results thoroughly. She discussed the options and came up with a solution (which is currently working). She has great "bed side manner" which is very important when selecting a physician. I am very happy with the help she has provided.

5.0 star star star star starMy appointment with Patricia was amazing. She was kind, helpful, patient with my questions, and very clear when explaining her diagnosis. She made an appointment for me to have x-rays done right after my visit with her, and called me not long after I had returned home from the x-ray appointment with the results (!) She gave me so much comfort with her wonderful care; I am still appreciating her. Thank you Patricia!

5.0 star star star star starExceptional knowledge and communication skills. She spends a lot of time assessing the patient and soliciting concerns and questions. Very personable and professional. Walks the patient through her diagnosis in great detail with the aid of XRay and MRI results.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
