5.0 star star star star starShe had read my records before she entered the room and definitely knew the facts. She looked me straight in the eye, gave me her opinions and explained her reasoning, and listened to me. She’s obviously very bright, personable but professional, easy to understand, and did not make me feel rushed. I felt very confident & comfortable in her care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilkinson is very professional and knows her specialty well. She explained complex medical language and made terms clear. She didn't rush the exam or post-ultrasound conversation about what it showed, and she made sure she answered any questions I may have before completing this visit.

5.0 star star star star starDr Wilkinson never once brought up the fact that I was asking several questions over and over because I was so scared. She was the very best. If you have a scared patient who needs vascular surgery, give them my contact information and I will let them know they will receive the best care possible.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilkinson is very professional, listens to my concerns, explained the procedure well and what steps she would take to take care of my vein issues. During the procedure she explained what steps she was taking and made sure I was ok and comfortable with each step. When it became uncomfortable she stopped and added more numbing solution and made sure I was ok before proceeding. Dr Wilkinson was patient and took her time carefully, I never felt being rushed with her. I would recommend her most definitely!!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilkinson impressed me with her competence and concern. I know she has an extensive practice and has treated thousands of patients, but she made me feel as though I was the most important person and deserved the best possible care. She looked me right in the eyes as we talked. That tells you a lot about a person. I trust her to take good care of me.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
