5.0 star star star star starDr Lewis is one of the best drs I have ever dealt with. She is so compassionate and understanding of her patients needs, feelings about their need to see a cardiologist and alleviating fears for why they need to see her. She takes her time on every appointment and always makes me feel less scared about my medical issues and what path I should take to do the best to prevent any further health problems.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Lewis gave me the care I did not expect. It was far more superior than I imagined. Thinking I could have a serious health condition caused lots of fear and trepidation. She was very human made me feel like a person not a statistic. Her bedside manner is exceptional.

5.0 star star star star starI would definitely recommend her for cardiology to anyone that wants a cardiologist they can trust and feel comfortable asking questions. She has current knowledge and can break down test results and medication into easy to understand pieces to help the patient make healthy and informed decisions.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
