Lauren was amazing and helped me get my boot squared away. She even observed and explained a minor cosmetic issue with the boot I brought in and showed me how to fix it! From medical review to getting my next appointment with Dr. Witkowski I felt like she went above and beyond when she very easily could have dismissed me to resolve my own issues or work with another staff member. Thank you!
