Dr. Ezenwa was outstanding! She addressed every concern with well informed responses and because I have new insurance coverage concerns, she made a back plan in case any issues arise. She also followed up less than an hour after my appointment to make sure my pharmacy information was correct. Her level of empathy and understanding is unmatched!

Dr. Ezenwa's warm manner and compassionate care put me at ease right away. I specifically selected a woman physician because as a woman, understand the double standard women are put under. We work twice as hard as men in the same field. I was impressed with her knowledge and liked her easy manner. Having been treated for cysts previously I knew the protocol. When you combine a knowledgeable doctor with a straightforward explanation- not talking over a lay persons vocabulary - it's refreshing. I was a bio major in college, and had worked in the dermatology field-so I've had exposure to many doctors in this field. Many do not compare unfortunately. Dr. Ezenwa is an asset to the Northwestern team. If I were asked for a recommendation for dermatological care- I would not hesitate to recommend her.

In addition to the above statements, Dr. Ezenwa is extremely likable! She's personable and is always in tune with her patient's needs. She's intelligent, and, as a patient, I never once felt like she was unable to deliver the standard of care I expected. I did not feel a thing when she performed my extractions, and she and her team made certain that I was comfortable during the procedure.

I really appreciated her kindness and her patience explaining my skin reaction, and also her clear explanations of its cause, how to treat it, and how to prevent it in the future.
