5.0 star star star star starGood listening skills, clear explanations, good connections with other providers for referrals, good communication with providers outside NM (e.g. my cardiologist and GI are at UI Health, my pharmacist is CVS), handles complex contraindications well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Carroll spent a full hour with me! It was incredible to have that much attention. Having video for the first appointment is great! Saves us a trip of 2.5 hrs each way. Dr. Carroll provided a plan. Haven't had a plan that I've felt good about in a long long time!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Carroll saved my life and continues to provide the best care possible. She is a physician with empathy, wonderful bedside manner, speaks kindly, takes her time to fully understand the issue and discuss treatment options. Dr. Carroll helped me want to live again. Dr. Carroll constantly sets the bar extremely high for quality care. I would not be seen at NM neurology if Dr. Carroll was not my physician. If she were to ever leave, I would discontinue my neurology care at NM. Dr. Carroll is genuinely that great. I have been dealing with pain for years and was even seen on the pediatric side for a while and have seen so many physicians throughout the years for my migraines and the best physician I've EVER seen is Dr. Carroll. She sets the bar so high for quality care. I truly believe she is the best in the field, at least to me.

5.0 star star star star starI've been to other Neuro physicians and they've all just rushed me in, didn't listen, or tried to prescribe several meds at once without a plan to identify what meds were working. Dr. Carroll really listened, tried to really understand my challenges by asking great questions, and developed a treatment plan with options. I've never felt more seen or heard by a doctor!

5.0 star star star star starI love Dr. Carroll. She is hands down the best neurologist I've ever had and I've seen many neurologists since my headaches started at 16. If Dr. Carroll needed a kidney, I'd give her mine easily. Having the worst experience with a previous neurologist and being hesitant to see another for my pain, I'm so glad I made the decision to give another neurologist a chance and I am genuinely cared for under Dr. Carroll. She truly takes the time to listen, understand, and provide the best care possible. Her care is personalized and she does her best to make sure she provides exceptional care while helping you understand her thoughts and making the patient experience a collective one, so it doesn't feel like my suffering is mine alone, she creates a space that supports me during the hard times with my chronic pain. Thank you for being the best neurologist I've ever had. I wouldn't want anyone else to be my neurologist.
