5.0 star star star star starOne issue having nothing to do with this provider is that the large white "H" sign northbound on US 41 is inaccurate. Northbound on 41 after crossing Wesley the sign says to get to the hospital take the next left. That's faults. The next left is Illinois route 60 after that the next off ramp is Deerpath Road on the east or right side. Then the person turns left. You need to ask the Illinois Department of transportation to fix this problem and to be sure that people in a hurry who are driving themselves or their loved ones to the hospital emergency room can find your place especially if it's the first time they ever came there.

My time is also important, so I appreciate the mutual respect. Jaklyn and team also described the treatment map and executed to that plan.

She clearly explained the treatment options, what to expect after treatment, and the next steps I would need to take. She is easy to talk to and made sure I left with everything I needed for the next steps.
