She's great. I do want to complain about the difficulty in scheduling. Using my chart, or talking to a call center does not make it easy or efficient to schedule. There is a need for another person to perform those tasks. The facility is UNDER STAFFED .

Although I had PT many other times she had to remind me several times this was different as I had surgery. Preparing for surgery and recovery was a long process. Much harder than I thought it would be. But Megha helped me thru it.
