Bio

Dr. Sita treats cancers of the brain and spinal cord, and he specializes in childhood cancers. He focuses on thoughtful, patient-centered treatment and innovative methods. His goal is to improve care for patients with brain and spine tumors. Dr. Sita’s main research goal is to develop new treatments for patients with brain and spinal cancers. He studies new ways to help medication cross the blood-brain barrier to treat cancer and ways to help the immune system fight tumors. He also teaches medical students and helps train resident doctors.
