Whenever I see Dr.Hayes he has taken time in advance of visit to. review my chart which I appreciate. He listens to me. He answers my questions with patience. He provides me with pros and cons of alternatives available to me. He's up to date on research.

Dr. Hayes really knows how to talk to his patients without "talking down" to them. He lets me know if Medicare covers certain tests and steers me right about getting vaccinated against viruses that I could get very sick from. I haven't been sick for many months.
