She took care of a problem with drainage from an incision that wasn't on the docket for today's visit. I had a stent removed from a stoma, which she handled expertly. I like the way she treated me with respect & I.

Ling was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and took additional time to do a bladder scan which I found extremely helpful. She always responds to messages promptly and thoroughly. I feel very lucky to have her as part of my care team!
