Dr. Coyne was extremely thorough in her explanations, kind and patient. Her staff also is reason enough to recommend her. Sometimes having a staff that's not very friendly make you reluctant to see the doctor. Dr. Coyne was also very calm in a situation where my PCP already expressed a lot of urgency and made me anxious about my thyroid levels being abnormal. She expressed urgency where it was needed and made me feel better about my outlook and my options.
