Dr. Janss had a very nice bedside manner and put me at ease right away. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the proceedings, confirmed the treatment plan, and took away any concerns I might have had (ruling out potential need for biopsy). I felt comfortable enough that I already set up an appointment for a full dermatology exam.
