At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
She was to the point and efficient, but I didn't feel rushed. I felt she was very competent, listened and is what I told someone was, "she was good!" I could tell she was good at her job, very observant and compassionate.
couldn't get a word in. then after she was locked into her laptop. I get she has to put in orders however, this was our first time meeting. just sit for 30 seconds. let's chat about my issue/POC/treatment. it was like a tornado that finally settled, I was still trying to gather my thoughts by the end.
Dr. Jans is a wonderful Doctor. She conducts a very thorough and professional examination of potential problem areas. She saved my life 10 years ago when she diagnosed a malignant melanoma on my ankle, and immediately made an appointment for me with a cancer surgeon who operated on me shortly thereafter.
Dr. Janss is clearly very enthusiastic about the treatments she prescribes; I just wish she would explain a little more in-depth how to use them and what they do (e.g. use this cream in the morning, this one at night, wash with this cream 2x a day)
already have recommended her. very courteous and kind and professional as well also the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and answered lots of questions for me as well i was a little nervous about the procedure and she seemed to help with that
