Veronica was awesome. I have never been disappointed in the care my family has received within the Gurnee ICC. Veronica was prompt, warm, and professional. She had a gentle touch when examining my finger and we even made a light joke about it. I'm grateful for providers like Veronica.

I was in and out in about 35-40 mins. Everyone from check-in administration, to vitals nurse, to Veronica were professional, kind and fast. I drove down the parking lot to Meier, waited about 15-mins, and had my medication in hand. I was prepared for a 3-4hour ordeal, the whole thing was done in under an hour! Thank you!
