My first appointment with Dr. Quan went so incredibly well. He took the time to fully examine my scalp. He was very thorough. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all my questions. We discussed the situation fully and he seems to truly care about his patients. When I left, I said to my husband, wow, he is a GREAT doctor! We were both so impressed by him. I had a second visit with him, and he couldn't have been nicer. He is helping me so much and I appreciate him so much. Thanks for being so caring, thorough and thoughtful! He is like a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Quan takes lots of time to explain what's happening and why. He breaks down the reasons for my hair loss as well as the various pros and cons of the treatment options. I felt like he took my concerns seriously even though my case might be considered minor.

I have been very concerned about my hair shedding and he explained the condition better than anyone I have seen. It appears less concerning than I thought and have much confidence in Dr. Quan's knowledge. Additionally, his sense of humor and beautiful personality made the session as pleasurable as it could be.
