5.0 star star star star starDr. Victor Quan and the assistants were very nice. They were not in a rush and examined my hair meticulously. Then explained evertyhing and talked me about what options we could go with. It was like casual, warm conversation rather than a doctor appintment. I already recommended him to couple of my friends and one of them got an appointment. Thank you.

5.0 star star star star starHe was to-the-point and broke it down so that I could understand everything. He listened to my concerns. He suggested a follow up appointment, which made me feel like I wasn't just being pushed out the door, but that he was interested in actually solving the issue and making sure what he suggested was working for me

5.0 star star star star starDr Quan is excellent and really fought for me to get off label used of a drug through my insurance company. He has a delightful bedside manner and really listens to my hair loss concerns. This is the first time I've seen less redness and lower inflammation of my scalp in many years.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Quan took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was outstanding, and it really made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr Quan is a chill, layed back guy that explains skin derm issues in a simple nonchalant way. I think he's solid and approachable however, as stated previously I would go to him to treat skin concerns that need to be treated with more than just otc topicals.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Quan is knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about patient care. This expands beyond the patient and to the family_Dr. Quan cares about including the entire team to the patient's needs. I would recommend him to other patients since his expertise shines through and is parallel to his down-to-earth personality that calms me. I was comfortable sharing about my mental health issues and he understood my concern of the possible intersection with certain medications. Therefore, I have the privilege of recommending Dr. Quran for care to those that I care about.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Quan has a warm and vibrant personality. He obviously loves what he does and he is so knowledgeable that my normal dermatologist knew that he would be a great addition to my team. He listened and had a conversation with me instead of at or over me and that was greatly appreciate. He spoke in plain language, provided me with a detailed projection of what our steps going forward would be and was flexible with allowing me to have a virtual follow-up visit when the weather and my migraines made it imposible for me to make the trip downtown.

5.0 star star star star starThe reason for seeing Dr. Quan were concerns over hair loss. During the exam, he discovered a suspicious spot on my scalp, which was biopsied. I so appreciate him going beyond the scope of the visit to safeguard my overall health.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Quan was incredible. In addition to completing the procedure in an efficient, thorough, and qualified manner, his demeanor and personality play a strong factor in my rating. Dr. Quan offered a choice of music during the procedure and maintained upbeat conversation throughout the entire time, which was far beyond expectation and therefore making me feel at ease for what otherwise would have been an anxiety-inducing procedure. I will happily recommend Dr. Quan to anyone in need of dermatological care.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Quan was really nice, friendly, funny, helpful, and kind. Usually, you can tell dermatologists don't give a **** because they are trying to run through as many 2 minute appointments as possible. Dr. Quan was not like that. I would definitely come back just for him!
