Lauren was very easy to talk to. I came prepared with test and lab results from prior medical facilities. She answered my questions in detail and demonstrated how to use medication. I was comfortable mentally and physically. Most exam rooms are chilly yours was not. Plus I didn't not have to wait but 2 minutes. I appreciate that especially since my appointment was in late afternoon when most med practices get backed up. Thank you.
