5.0 star star star star starHe addressed me respectfully, asked what I was worried about, and ordered all the appropriate tests. Actually he probably helped figure out about my chest pain maybe having to do with my ascending aorta.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Salas was wonderful. He took the time to talk to my son, and ask follow up questions. He examined him thoroughly, with care. He carefully went through the treatment plan explaining everything. I would absolutely be seen by and recommend Dr. Salas without hesitation.

5.0 star star star star starIt was very pleasant to have Dr. Salas see my daughter. Dr Salas is very attentive, he listened and adressed my daughter directly with his concerns. I admired him for making my teenage daughter feel comfortable and being patient with her. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Salas; for his professionalism but most importantly caring for my daughters well-being.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Salas actually has seen once before this recent time when I broke my toe. He’s very outgoing and he goes the extra mile to solve your confusion and questions. He’s very reassuring not because he knows how to be confident because his actions show reassurance. Other doctors will see you 4-5 minutes and say “here’s a prescription†and that’s it. Salas takes his time to get to know what he’s encountering and looking for the solution to make us feel better.

5.0 star star star star starI saw him before when I had Afib. He is very thorough, asks questions and his decisions seem well thought out. He appears to have studied my chart well before seeing me. He listens to his patients, and he seems to have good common sense.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
