I've always thought Immediate care at Huntley was what I expect. Reasonably quick, services kind and caring from check in to check out. I think all tests were run and proper determination was made.

Doctor Nora was extremely kind, caring and friendly she listened to my daughter and told us the caring instructions. She is very thoughtful and even followed up front a previous visit and gave care instructions. We have had her before and we remember how kind and detailed she was. She is excellent!

I experienced Nora Q. Arif to be empathetic, thorough, helpful and professional. Since I had not taken any pain killer for my injury she asked and provided me with Advil and water, and recommended x-rays, which were done. I was relieved to have received her personal attention and I felt satisfied I had gotten the best possible treatment.

She came in just ready with a plan. I appreciated that she had already looked at my previous information since this was something that had happened prior. And she already had her plan of action before she came and talked to me, and then once she came in, she discussed why she thought this was the best route, but was also open if I wanted to change something.
