Dr. Milstead is a fantastic doctor. He spends time asking questions and takes excellent notes so he remembers conversations and concerns from appointment to appointment. You feel truly heard as a patient, and are encouraged to ask questions and discuss concerns. If a treatment or lab is indicated, he goes through your options and offers evidence-based, thoughtful feedback, while engaging you in being an active participant in your own health management and decision making.

I went to Dr. Stolar for many, many years; and when he left, I was devastated. He recommended Dr. Milstead so I reluctantly made him my new Internal Medicine doctor. I am very discriminating when it comes to my doctors, but he has surpassed all expectations. He is smart, patient, kind, and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend him.
