I had a terrible [ ] bite. Heidi was so kind and compassionate and I appreciate that she did not make me feel bad about the fact that my [ ] [ ]bit me. There was no judgement, she just addressed the situation at hand. She was calm and provided detailed instructions on how to care for my wound and what to expect in terms of healing and how to prevent infection. When she stitched my wound, she entertained myself and my dad with stories to take my mind off of the situation. She was amazing.

Professional and practical, and even gave us some knew knowledge on strep, my mom had brought me because I was too ill to drive, she's in her 60s and I'm in my 40s, and I'm the oldest of 12 kids so there's been a lot of strep cases in our family over the years, and Heidi taught us some things we didn't know.
