5.0 star star star star starSince my previous doctor left the practice, I've seen Dr. Eric Chung several times, and I've had a very positive experience. I've been addressing multiple health concerns, and he has been consistently attentive, responsive, and thorough. He listens, takes my concerns seriously, and ensures referrals and follow-ups are handled without hesitation. He's easy to talk to and makes the process feel collaborative rather than rushed. I appreciate his support and continuity of care during this transition.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Chung is empathetic and a good listener. He was prepared and has reviewed my comments that I made through the app before the appointment as to what I wanted to discuss and what my concerns about my health were. I felt like he did not rush me. He did not appear, rushed at all. To the CEO-Please allow the internists to spend more than eight minutes talking to the patient and more than 12 with the appointment.

5.0 star star star star starHe was an exceptional listener, genuinely demonstrating care and concern. He expressed sympathy for the recent passing of a beloved family pet, the reason for cancelling my last appointment. Recommended we explore a few different options for my health concerns, with one-month follow-up visit.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
