5.0 star star star star starWow she was so amazing!!! and extremely informative she really educated me as far as being a woman of color and needing to use sunscreen, I was under the impression that being a woman of color I didn't need to use it as much, but she explained it so well and gave me a list of sunscreen that are environmentally safe due to my free diving and scuba diving around corals. I live in London know but I travel once or twice a year for annuals etc., I just recently had a biopsy and radial scar removed from my right breast ( both benign ) so I admit to being a little freaked out seeing the spots on my legs. I appreciate Dr. Zheng for making me feel at ease and I don't care where I move in the world Northwestern will always be my 1st choice in healthcare.

5.0 star star star star starShe remembered some non-medical personal info about me (probably from reviewing my chart) and that was meaningful to me. Also called me within an hour of appt to mention something we’d both forgotten.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Zheng cares. Some doctors may be “put off” when having to try to assist with dermatological issues which are very different based on heritage, Dr. Zheng is not like that. It appears to me that she understands the nuances of her patients conditions and the emotional suffering dermatology issues cause. I applaud her for that.

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first visit but she took the time to listen to my concerns and seemed to care and had a calming demeanor. A far cry from the doctor I saw 1 week ago who seem to be in a rush like I was keeping her from her lunch. Dr. Zheng addressed my concerns and asked to see me again in 2 months not 6 like the other doctor. She also told me which of current products I could use instead of saying they were all trash like the other doctor. I would continue to see her.

5.0 star star star star starThe doctor was friendly, thorough and advised if Something that has been bothering me but wasn’t bothering me during the visit starts up again, that they’re available and to contact them to come back for her to take a look at it. She was also fast and efficient at addressing two suspicious growth’s.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Zheng is upfront in a very kind way. She engages you in conversation. Listens to your response when she ask you questions/your thoughts. Very cognizant of appointment time. She doesn’t rush through the appointment. She’s there at the appointed time both physically and mentally. She’s never made me feel insignificant or less than.
