4.0 star star star star star_borderThis was my first office visit with Dr Makdah. He thoroughly reviewed my medical history, discussed my current health issues, offered treatment and ongoing care, answered my questions, addressed my concerns , and provided me with a complete physical exam. I was very satisfied with Dr Makdah's professionalism and skills. It's refreshing to work with a physician who truly cares about the medical needs of his patients, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

5.0 star star star star starHis ability to embrace his patients without judging them and appears to have a global sense of humanity, with a deep sense of connecting to treat the whole patient _not just the physical symptom. His communications skills are void of cursory textbook banter_instead he seems to sense your learning curve and speaks to you on a level that is easily interpreted.

5.0 star star star star starI gave him a 10 score. He is very nice person. He's concerned about what's going on with your body and how you're feeling he checked everything ears eyes throat. I haven't had a doctor do that in years..

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
