5.0 star star star star starEngaging, professional, humorous and willing to take time to explain options and subsequent procedures. The assisting staff, especially Nurse Jessica, is competent, thorough, compassionate and excellent at communicating.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yoo is positive about the procedure he is doing. He talks as he works, explaining what he is doing, checking to make sure that there is no severe pain for his patient. He also has a fabulous team working with him. No long waits alone in a waiting room or in a procedure room. So basically, a well run, efficient, caring professional staff, and a contented, comforted patient.

5.0 star star star star starDr Yoo and his team were wonderful, they made me feel secure in the procedure being done, they were not in a hurry to do the job and get out, they took their time, and I trusted them, this was not an easy procedure at least for me, Dr. Yoo and his team made sure to ensure the best that they could about how my nose would look afterwards. The follow up care has been awesome.
