5.0 star star star star starThis is the second procedure I have needed and I was deeply relieved to know that Dr. Yoo would be my physician again, given that my previous experience with him went so well. He inspires confidence.

4.0 star star star star star_borderSeemed to be very straightforward and attempted to be friendly, possibly trying to distract me from surgical procedure with rapid fire questions, but would have preferred less personal life interrogation and more information about what he was doing as he worked. I understand some people are squeamish but he could assess my interest/comfort with hearing what he is doing and finding as he works.

5.0 star star star star starHe is prompt and gets you in and out quickly. His team of nurses are also good. I had Alex (I think that was her name) she was extremely nice, bandaged me up and provided me with some supplies to go home with. I greatly appreciated her taking the time and offering me that.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yoo treats his patients like people, not just patients. The atmosphere he creates and his fellowship with his staff make the office a pleasant place to visit. Further, his skill and proficiency keep the length of each visit to a minimum.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
