5.0 star star star star starDr. Stephen Chang and his staff' in my own experience were very good, respectful, mindful to me, the patient and my husband who was let to stay with me during the preparation of the procedure like injecting the needle for the IV because I was scared! They delivered fast service! The explanations of the procedure was throughly. And that made me feel relaxed. We did not wait for a long time at the waiting room. When they say the come home at At a certain time because the procedure is at this time! We were surprised when i was called at the appointment time!! Kudos to Dr. Stephen Chang and his Crew for a service well performed! We give them 5 stars performance.

5.0 star star star star starDr Chang came in shortly following my check in with the nurse. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease. We reviewed my history and he asked if I had any questions or if I had anything to add that may not have been in the notes. We even shared some funny stories about colonoscopies. Following an examination, we discussed scheduling a colonoscopy for me. Dr Chang had his nurse come in to schedule the procedure. She too was friendly and the scheduling was done with ease. She provided me with the documentation needed to complete the preparation for the procedure. I left feeling good about my appointment with Dr Chang today.
