He makes the patient feel like they matter. I am a dental hygienist. When I share the positive experience that I had with him they value my opinion and ask for his contact info! The empathy, patience, and care are qualities that cannot be taught. He's the "real deal".

He explains everything to you step-by-step he ask you do you have any questions how you're feeling he doesn't make you feel like your number and he's rushing through an assembly line he makes you feel like a person and then he cares that means a lot. Dr. Chang was competent and professional. He explained the procedure, stopped in afterwards to give me the results, and called my husband with the results as he had promised in case I was not yet able to process the information after having been under anesthesia. In addition he was pleasant and kind. I don't know what else I could have asked for.
