She has provided me with opportunities to engage in exercises using equipment in the clinic. She has demonstrated new exercises to me & has also given me opportunities to do those same exercises while she is present to provide feedback & guidance.

5.0 star star star star starIn addition to above comments, Tessa demonstrated an understanding of my issues & articulated how she planned to address them through specific massage techniques & stretches in clinic; she also reviewed home exercises given to me by surgical team & made recommendations for continuing these as well as additional exercises, which she demonstrated, I replicated in clinic; I was given a paper copy of new exercises to do at home.

5.0 star star star star starTessa provided detailed instructions on the exercises. She corrected bad movement form. When I shared functional issues with her, she added exercises to assist me to resolve the problems. I felt she listened to me, and I appreciated the flexibility. I worked with Tessa the most. I enjoyed working with her as well as Christine, Lydia, and Peter. Great staff. Positive experience!

5.0 star star star star starTessa is thorough, thoughtful and so comprehensive when she does her assessment. I can tell she is monitoring where I am having deficits in strength and range of motion. She makes corrections and gives me tips on how to continue to progress and avoid injury. I am sorry not to be able to complete my PT with her. Oakbrook is so fortunate to have her!
